You can use 60 % if you prefer it a little sweeter, or 80 % if you like more of a
dark chocolate flavor but I wouldn't use
anything with a higher than 80 %.
Anything chocolatey,

Chocolate Cake) would pair amazingly well
with a great red wine, such as Jadot.
This may sound stupid, but I've never made
anything with any of these ingredients so does it have more of a
dark chocolate taste to it?

with a brownie recipe modeled after Outback Steakhouse's «
Chocolate Thunder from Down Under» and holy smokes was it amazing (after much tweaking...) I'm really not a fan of honey in anything other than tea so I used just a tad of maple syrup because the dark chocolate bars I used had some sweetener as well and I don't really like an overly swe

I generally find raspberries make a fantastic addition to
anything chocolate, and I thought they would go nicely
with the dates too, but to give them a slightly
darker and more complex edge, I added the maple syrup.
I totally crave
chocolate sometimes (I usually crave salty food more than
anything) but my go too for
chocolate is a small square of organic
dark chocolate (If you can find raw organic
dark chocolate that's even better)(70 % cacao and up is best), or lets say I crave something salty, I would maybe eat a small salad, or if I am in a hurry another go too for me is a cucumber cut in half length wise and sprinkled
with a little bit Himalayan salt.
Might
dark chocolate or / and hydrochodone or lack of magnesium or potassium have
anything to do
with it?
But tightly packed into little balls and
with a few bits of
dark chocolate for good measure, the resulting bites taste more like oatmeal
chocolate chip cookie batter than
anything that's supposed to do your liver (or skin) any favors.
