Fresh fruit is always a great snack option — but if you want to
mix things up, try dried apricots, raisins,
apples, or bananas.
For packed lunches I normally make big batches of quinoa and brown rice with
apple cider vinegar / lime and salt and then do a big
thing of roasted veg —
things like sweet potato and squash cubes, so I throw a
mix of that into a tupperwear with some raw veg —
things like avocado, grated carrot, tomatoes and then some hummus / lentils / chickpeas / seeds for protein.

You just need to add a few
things to the dry
mix to make the dough / crust (if you follow the box directions, which I did):
Apple cider vinegar, grapeseed oil (I'm guessing any oil wold work), and water.

THINGS - 1 tablespoon (like chia, flax, amaranth, sprouted buckwheat, sprouted millet, quinoa, hemp seed) DAIRY — 1/4 cup (like ricotta, greek yogurt, or cottage cheese) DRIZZLE — Tiny drizzle of olive oil and / or honey and a sprinkle of salt Other fun options — 1/4 avocado, 1/4 cup whole grains (like cooked quinoa or farro), 1/4 cup cooked beets, anything else you can think of!
Just wondering one
thing though, when you add the
apple sauce and pumpkin to the cocoa
mix, the water that was once hot in turns cold.
I was planning to add
apples to the
mix when I decided last minute to switch
things up and use mango instead.

I would highly recommend you try the warm lemon water or even
mixing lemon and braggs organic
apple cider with warm water and drinking it first
thing in the morning.
I know I have heard
mixed reports, but I am happy to share a few
things that I know fall under the category of great health benefits as a result of using
apple cider vinegar.
