on behalf of consumers in thirty - three states and territories are concerned.
The lawsuit, which was filed
on behalf of two Maryland residents by personal injury attorneys, claims that
Apple and AT&T knew about the design and manufacturing defects
of the product before the product was released to
consumers and that the defendants have failed to provide customer support
on the issue.
