I don't believe Michael says that they should not be allowed to fun FSBO sites, just that they should be clear that these sites not make themselves out to be professional
Realtors (TM), nor make false claims, nor mislead the public, nor act
as «unlicensed assistants»; a pretty long list of wrong doings right in broad view of a government that seems to care so much about the purchase and sale of real property for real
people.
With so many (too many) entering into the practice of becoming consumers» advisors in the real estate business, without the requisite practice; without the requisite background; without the requisite self - confidence; without the requisite detachment from the commission income mentality, it is no wonder that
