It will separate slightly in the fridge
as it doesn't
contain the emulsifiers that you get in shop bought
almond milk.
By this I mean sometimes i'd love to take out the smoothie with me but don't know how long
as some
contains almond milk / butter.
I imagine these would still work but I tend to avoid 0 % yogurts
as they often
contain a lot of added sugars, and many
almond milk brands like this will
contain additives and preservatives.

milk but the result won't be
as creamy and will

contain Soy which is not healthy, brought home a Silk

I used soy

almond, used double the amount of baking powder because I did not have any baking soda, used 1 egg
