Oh wait, that's what would happen in the alternate universe in which education is an obsession of every education
professional, the pivot about which their
professional lives revolve rather then being the sport of
philosopher - kings
as it is in our reality.
I never envisioned publishing encyclopedia entries on Islamic
philosophers, writing about critical thinking pedagogy, investigating the doctrine of stare decisis, or sending out book proposals (
as you might guess, it's the «jack - of - all - trades» syndrome, but I'm more interested in the politics and ethics of intellectual responsibility than
professional standing and status): nothing could have been further from my mind!
