This Saturday, I happened to catch an episode of NPR's On The Media, an excellent show that I'm
going to have to start following
as a
podcast (it's on at 4 pm on Saturdays here in DC, a time when I'm usually out on a bike or drinking heavily or both).
In the
podcast Hofmann emphasizes the importance of not only pushing past current wireless bandwidth limitations — via small cells, optical antenna arrays and dynamic spectrum management — but also designing new networks in a way that can manage a variety of mobile uses, such
as the explosion of smartphone and tablet apps or simply uploading / downloading video on the
go.
And then number six is gonna be the retesting to make sure one, infections are cleared and two, there are no new infections
as last
podcast talked about, making sure there are no resistant infections that were burrowed in deeper that are showing their ugly head, and the only exception will be adding probiotics in the repair phase.
Listening to this
podcast is sooooo helpful in teaching me new tips and tricks to implement
as I
go.

And — and my last question before we give you a send off,
as I heard someone on the
podcast just recently talking about, well, you know, get —
go gluten - free, cut it out, and then add a little bit back in, and if you don't have a reaction or a symptom when you add a little bit back in, then you may be able to handle a little bit.
When women (and we did a full
podcast about this, I'll link to it in the show notes about Why Women Gain Weight
as They Get Older and What You Can Do About It) get older, and this can be kind of enhanced a little bit by the catabolic stressful nature of endurance sports, they tend to get a little bit of estrogen dominance and when you get that estrogen dominance
going on, that also can cause weight gain for the reasons that we
go into great detail on on that
podcast that we did.
On the

going after more natural means and let's face it, prohormones can be kinda damaging to your body and the reason for that is because a lot of these side effects: acne and hair loss, breast tissue enlargement, or you know, what we affectionately call bitch tits in dudes, prostate swelling, you know, a lot of these hormonal imbalances that get created from dumping exogenous sources of hormones into your body and creating like a hormone milieu that can be a real real issue from a health standpoint.
So I saw some interesting stuff on the news
as of late with respect to something related to fast foods so I thought I would bring that up in this
podcast but at first I wanted to start off again a fundamental lesson that is
going to help make this seem a little more understandable.
