Autoimmune Paleo Protocol.
I follow
an autoimmune paleo protocol (paleo without eggs, nuts, seeds, or nightshades), as I have MS. I would like to make the move towards a more ketogenic diet, but I am struggling a little bit with fats, as I can not tolerate coconut, avocados, or ghee.
The autoimmune paleo protocol is great for people who are either battling an autoimmune disease, or majorly healing their gut.
It is good for people who follow the stricter form of
the Autoimmune Paleo protocol becasue it is egg free and nut free.
Whether you're on a strict
autoimmune Paleo protocol eating bone broth and organ meats or on a raw vegan diet of sprouted nuts and wild berries, it's essential to focus on whole, real foods in their natural state — unadulterated by chemicals, genetic modification or hormones.

the autoimmune paleo protocol) and taste even better as next - day leftovers when they have soaked up more of the flavor from the sauce.
