Dr. Kulig received her veterinary degree
from The University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and although she is not specialty board certified as an
Avian or Small Mammal
Veterinarian (ABVP Certified) she has many years» experience diagnosing and treating birds, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, ferrets and other small mammal species.
Should you not be confident in weighing your parrot, ask your
avian veterinarian or technician for guidance so that you can actively participate in the regular monitoring
from home, in addition to the regular
veterinarian visits.
The birds are now housed at the BCSPCA's Quakertown animal care facility, where they will receive exams and treatment oversight by a
veterinarian specializing in
avian medicine
from the Quakertown Veterinary Clinic.
Our
veterinarian and hospital owner has a range of experience
from general practice and emergency medicine to Internal Medicine, shelter medicine and working with
avian and exotic small animals.
