I don't think it is anything sinister — as much as many on here love bashing up the
BFG we are on a pretty impressive streak with him ever present — Gabriel only a few months in to hopefully a long and successful career with us — now just doesn't
seem the appropriate time to tinker imo.
although I don't understand the rating for the
BFG, he
seems to be the one copping a lot of stick at the moment.
To top it off it really
seems like he's losing the dressing room, the players
seem like they're not putting in a 100 %, just look at
BFG hanging around in the half way line, look at Ramsay just playing at a striker's position etc etc..

seem to remember you on the Winston Reid bandwagon, Afobe «better than all our strikers» bar Alexis, Benteke the missing link who hasn't had a sniff against
BFG in the last 4 encounters, Milner would have been a good buy....

seems to be worried about his place in the side, even though he says in a Sky Sports report that he is not letting it affect him too much.
The Arsenal vice-captain Per Mertesacker has been left out of the last few games in favour of Gabriel, despite the Brazilian arguably being responsible for a few goals over the previous two matches, and it

BFG has not been impressed with the team's attitude in our two derby draws.

seem logical that Gabriel would best compliment
BFG and thus should be started in place of Kos.

seems to have shaken off the dip in form affecting his performances before the international break, that central pairing looks very strong again for Arsenal, just as it did last season when we got so many clean sheets.

BFG did not play in the Carabao Cup game against Norwich City on Tuesday either, so it
seems clear that Arsene Wenger was keeping the aging centre back fresh in case we needed him for the visit of Swansea City in the Premier League this weekend.
