I have about a normal amount of calories, but I
eat almost all of it in one go (I know,
bad habits), so I
eat a LOT before bed (mostly protein... peanut butter and almond butter... another
bad habit) and
only a small meal in the morning after a big workout early in the morning, so have a calorie deficit during most the day.
