Operatives of the Inspector General of Police, IGP,
Special Intelligence Response Team, SIRT, have arrested two and a dismissed military personnel in
connection with the kidnap of the wife of Governor of the Central
Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Margaret Emefiele.
The practice's recent representations include: (i) CONMEBOL in
