After a quick shot of some photos we headed back to the cafeteria /
bar entrance for some
well deserved post
workout goodies.

after chest - to -
bar pull - ups and normal pull - ups.

These
bars are advertised as a healthier option then a candy
bar and some are marketed as a
good option for before or
after a
workout.
