Even if you don't own an Instant Pot, you can still make this hearty
chili — loaded with ground beef,
beans, diced tomatoes and fire roasted chiles — on the stove
in half an hour.
That looks so deliciously thick and creamy I love a good
bean chili, I don't think I'd miss anything
in this meal

I loved having some green
in my
chili — since paleo
chilis don't contain
beans, it's easy to feel like you're just eating a big pile of seasoned beef.

did sneak
in a weekly recipe last Sunday before I got sick which was turkey black

I believe — based on prior conversations with Houston ISD food services — that (1) the Frito Pie is made from baked, whole grain chips; (2) the
chili contains beef and

beans are a new addition); (3) there is some whole grain
in the pizza crust (but I don't know the percentage), and (4) both dishes use low - fat (or maybe reduced - fat) cheese.
I'd suggest leaving
in the kidney
beans because they are the most typical «

bean, but if you don't want to I'm certainly not going to stop you.
