Our current Editors» Choice midrange gaming laptop, the MSI GS60 Ghost Pro 3K, returned respectable, if less smooth, frame rates at native resolution (27 fps in Heaven and 36 fps in Valley, both at Ultra quality), but that's understandable
because the MSI GS60 has to work harder to drive a denser 2,880 - by -1,620-resolution display.
That's notable though,
because the MSI was also equipped with Nvidia's GTX 880M.
Not exact matches
We already knew that
MSI was working on an Android Tablet
because we saw one — called the
MSI Harmony — at CES 2010.
I went with
MSI because my mom did and it as an investment, which now was a great thing to do
because with the lower interest rate I got I have saved thousands already!
Granted, they're both 15 - inch laptops, but the comparison doesn't change much if they're replaced with their 17 - inch cousins (the larger
MSI is actually less expensive
because, unlike the GT60 we reviewed, it doesn't have a 3K display).
I put the
MSI Prestige on all three modes, and the Green Mode, if you're looking for performance, should just be ignored
because everything is throttled down.
