I find I need to add extra spices,
because the yuca is very neutral.
Because yuca is a starchy tuber, it can be used similarly to potatoes in many recipes.

because the dough was sticky beyond help.
Make sure to mash your
yuca while it's hot,
because as it cools it becomes like more glue - like and is very tough to work with!
