Does anyone know if Spain are in the competition (can't believe they aren't) and if
Bellerin is in their squad.

are good enough, they will play
in the 1st team, look at how
Bellerin stepped up and forced Wenger to not only consider him at 1st but to become a valued member of the
squad.
we have no cover for CB at all then, Chambers needs to sit on the bench and
be healthy for covering RB and CB as much as i want to see what hes like as a DM its too high of a risk to play him there atm, I'd def go for
bellerin for RB though hes so fast and has tremendous technical ability, One person i think wenger should of taken to dortmund
is diaby just incase hes needed would
be nice for diaby to get a good 60 min game but i do nt think hes ready for CL just yet since he hasnt even featured
in the PL yet but then again no harm
in taking him since hes
been linking up with
bellerin pretty well

is one of the best
squads he has managed... look at the table, look at the results (shamed), and look at our performances... wenger
is gulty for this, and the suporters
in england habe to grow up their voices... its impossible that people
were demanding for chenges and the board and wenger
were taking a laugh of you and continuing with their reign... its unacceptable that those guya even care about us fans and you
are capable to look to anotger side and bought alll that sh about «a great change on the
squad and a promised new wenger, its bs... wenger has to go and for that you england arsenal fans have to grow up some balls and do ur job... what
was that
bellerin episode?

giroud, lecoq,
are gud backups to hve
in the
squad but not a first team player for a team wanting to challenge for epl.coq has got to improve slightly on the ball but off the ball he
is gud.everyone knows about giroud and I don't think a gud striker
is enough for us.we need a very clinical guy not a guy who will
be going through dry patches coz thats guaranteed from a gud striker.gibbs
is tricky he
is a gud option to hve on the bench but if we scout someone younger and better than him then I think we can sell him for both the clubs sake and himself coz he hasn't progressed as a player.what I find shocking
is bellerin back up
is jenkinson worth a team challenging for epl?I don't think so and we should find an able guy there than fool ourselves and next season we pay for mistakes again.
Basically this long post leaves me saying we now currently have a 24 man
squad classed as over 21 (born 1993 or before)
in addition we have some highly thought of under 21s like
bellerin and chambers that already command a place
in first x1 or the «23» so unless flamini, campbell, wellington, Martinez or even rosicky decide they won't
be getting enough game time I do not really see any signings more coming
in.

Bellerin is fast becoming one of my favorite players
in the gunners
squad, thought we
were doomed for sure when Gomis went racing through and then got around Cech
in the first half but
in came
Bellerin out of nowhere just
in time to save the day... It
was a really pivotal moment
in the game and I think we could well
be looking at a different result if we had gone a goal down
in the first half!
Debuchy
is a gamble, his form has
been terrible and only reason I put him
in the
squad was to give
Bellerin a rest prior to UTD game, we want
Bellerin to help beat UTD.
of our
squad it
's still current that only players like Kos, Sanchez, Mustafi, Cazorla, Cech
Bellerin, Ozil, Walcott, (when they turn up)
are worthy of
being called «World Class» the rest
are mediocre or
in some cases diabolical and this
is the real reason we can not seem to achieve anything like decent silverware
in either the EPL or CL.
Yes we've brought through some great players,
Bellerin and Coquelin
being the most recent examples, but you looks at our U21
squad, they
're mid table
in division 2.
This attitude of wanting the club to decline further just so a managerial change can come
in to their liking
is beyond petulant... Ozil, Xhaka,
Bellerin, Mustafi, AOC, Koscielny
are all solid building blocks for a quality
squad if a quality manager
is to take over..
The Ox, Ramsey, Kos,
Bellerin, Walcott just to name the ones that could've & should've
been in the XI yesterday... UCL or not UCL
in the near future we need a full
squad if we want to WIN the Prem.
After Hector
Bellerin was replaced
in the Spain U21
squad we
were all hoping that the same thing would occur with Sanchez, but with Antonio Pizzi there
is little chance of compassion for the Gunner's plight and he reckons that Sanchez
is on the mend...
This
is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it
's former self, only to
be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions
are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense
in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes
in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current
squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess
in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself
in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of
Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required
in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud
was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances
was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like
Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which
was obvious to Wenger because there
was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling
in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that
being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka
is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points
in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis
in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he
is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself
in and around the box far too often... let
's face it Wenger
was ready to throw him
in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this
was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive
in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he
's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players
in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence
in Real or the space and protection he receives
in the German National team
's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player
was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived
in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components...
in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them
in large part as headless chickens who
are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion
in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would
be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to
Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation...
in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this
squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often
in the offensive zone... a fact that
is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and
in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there
is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he
's lack of mobility
is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would
be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place
in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other
was just sold to Juve... man, this
is theraputic because following this team
is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
monreal coquelin elneny ox iwobi and campbell
are only good
squad players
Bellerin is not the best right back
in the league.
Is Bellerin opening the door for Debuchy to earn a place
in the
squad?
Jenkinson has disappeared from the playing
squad in recent weeks, shortly after
being installed
in Wenger's first - team plans
in the absence of
Bellerin.
the only reason we
are challengers for the tittle
is because of new players
in the team like Sanchez, Coquelin, and even Hector
Bellerin and even with them we come 3rd, Chelsea the title winners
are strengthening their
squad even with the announcement of 1 billion
in dept, ManU will
be spending heavy, Liverpool have already started bolstering, City for shore they will spend
Pls don't come here with excuses, we all saw you guys rejoice after we won against Bayern so I don't want to hear «its just preseason» excuse, Arsenal equally fixed
in a strong
squad, we had Sanchez, Koscielny,
Bellerin & Mustafi out thus 4 of our starters & Chelsea had no Hazard & Matic thus two of their starters out, to me that
's virtually equal team strength... We all can sit & delude ourselves but deep down we all know that one way or the other Arsenal with Arsene
in charge will forever
be a joke
in the eyes of the elite European football
Bellerin has since emerged as one of the best right - backs
in England, earning his rightful place
in last season's Premier League Team of the Year, and
was rewarded with a call - up to Spain's international
squad for the summer's European Championships also.
My
squad for next season would
be (This
is what I will have
in Fifa 17 lol) GK — Cech, Szcezny, Martinez Defence — Mustafi, Los, Per, Holding, Gab,
Bellerin, Chambers, Monreal, Kolasinac DM and CM — Santi, Ramsey, Xhaka, Elneny, Carvalho Wingers — Lemar, Mahrez, Ox, Iwobi, Theo
AM — Ozil Forward — Lacazetter, Welbeck
In the close - season, Maitland - Niles
was believed to have
been called up to the senior
squad on a permanent basis, and with him
being right - footed, you would assume he would
be able to transition from the left - back role to challenge
Bellerin for his spot.
He doesn't quite fit into our
squad right now with the other right backs we have, but he'd
be great to bring
in to compete with
Bellerin when Debuchy moves on.
Mathieu Debuchy
is still sidelined however, and Gabriel will most likely remain as our back - up to
Bellerin, while Rob Holding remains
in the
squad as cover centrally.
positives (+) + though
bellerin had a bad game he held his own for such a high profile game to make a debut start + wenger sub'd early taking off ozil and arteta early enough and the bleeding stopped + with the way we played it could have
been a LOT worse than 2 - 0 + szczesny
is still pretty good
in goals though the defense left him exposed a lot + a much needed rude awakening to the
squad as the season begins to take shape + nothing
is decided still everything to play for and 4 trophies to challenge for, same as before kick - off
Arsene Wenger already has three right - backs
in the
squad in the form of Mathieu Debuchy, Callum Chambers and young Hector
Bellerin, and let's not forget, Carl Jenkinson
is having a fine season on loan at West Ham.
Bellerin brings an attractive attacking threat to our side, and
is quickly becoming one of my favourite players
in the
squad.
Bellerin's greediness to play so soon after he
was concussed at the Bridge last weekend MUST
be resisted by Le Prof
in his 18 man match day
squad for our Hull City game at the Ems this Saturday.
Bellerin (more like a winger back), Jenkinson (if he can fill
in for RB and CB, would
be a very decent
squad player), Chambers (most versatile of the lot), Hayden (still needs time).
Here
was I worrying about the prospect of Arsenal losing our flying Spanish full back Hector
Bellerin to those nasty boys from Barcelona and wondering who might
be on the transfer wish list of Arsene Wenger
in line to replace him, when I realise that we already have a pair of right backs
in the
squad just waiting for their chance.
in the beginning of the season the season we didn't have overwhelming injuries, we never had to dip into our youth
squad once besides for
Bellerin and that
was a blessing.
I think the signing of both of these players would
be a great boost for us for the coming season Cavani has undeniable class but can't see Wenger going for a striker this summer considering that we only bought Welbeck not even a year ago, I think we should go for Marco Reus as our now customary (or so they would have us believe) marquee signing of the summer and promote from within to fill some of the other gaps
in our
squad, except for maybe CDM as we lack rotation
in this area, but our very own Le Coq shows what promotion from within can achieve, he
is just one of many players to come through the ranks to command a spot
in our starting XI, such as
Bellerin those 2 seem like almost the first names on the team sheet nowadays who would have thought that 1 year ago or even 6 months ago?
Vicente del Bosque has revealed that Hector
Bellerin will stay
in the Spain
squad until more
is known about Dani Carvajal's injury.
Bellerin was only called up to the Spain
squad for Sunday's friendly against Bosnia - Herzegovina, whom he started against, but Carvajal's injury
in the Champions League final may see the Arsenal right - back make Euro 2016 after all.
Bellerin's importance to our
squad in recent seasons can not
be overemphasized and it
's good news that he has decided to commit his future to us.
Bellerin and Morata have played together often for Spain's u21 side and have
been involved
in the senior
squad together.
Embed from Getty Images And as if they didn't need more of a boost, the Gunners secret weapon that
is Hector
Bellerin was back
in full training with the rest of the
squad...
