There are three components to this fantastic, healthy
recipe for
Berry - licious Vegan Stuffed French Toast — the french toast itself, the blueberry «cream» cheese stuffing and the blueberry
syrup.

Instead of using processed white sugar the
recipes use natural sweeteners including maple
syrup, honey, dates, fruits and
berries.
