The dish was fantastic and even
better than a similar recipe that I have been making
for years out of a Cook's Illustrated
cookbook.
It's a vegan recipe from a new
cookbook written by a trio of British Columbia legume advocates and it also tells how to grow and store legumes and why they are
good for you.
In fact I only came across one
good problem: Looking at the collection of almond recipes I developed in my long fulfilling years as a
cookbook author and cooking demo instructor, I may be getting much more than I bargained
for.
