best man for the job any longer and even with a Lewendowski I doubt he has the tactical acumen and understanding of the modern
game to win us an other major

better player to add quality to the team at his disposal, my take is, the problem limiting Arsenal as a whole not claiming any major
trophy is our high record with injuries and the coach inability to select the right player for the right spot, no genuine back up for some crucial positions, if and only if we can sort the injury issue out and Wenger selecting the right player at the right time and in the right
game, then we're

These young guns will only get a chance to prove themselves at top level if and only if arsenal make massive signings that will give us a major
trophy... if we are for example leading the league in like seven points in February, then we can afford to give them some minutes on field but they wont get
game time on the current team cz the manager realizes that the club needs
trophies and hez running out of time so i even doubt he will use them in capital one cup...

game with a positive attitude», he knows how to be consistent with his goals (kept Wigan in PL despite everyone saying they would be relegated), also brought his team to a cup final on an extremely low budget, was also responsible for the passing philosophy in Swansea, and most importantly, he can nurture YOUNG talent (Lukaku already has 50 goals in England, Delofeu is starting to bloom, Stones is already flourishing,...) Imo someone like Matinez would be the perfect candidate for the job, but he has to prove he can win

well and challenge in Europe as
