Once we got back to the apartment, I wanted to stay on the
healthy train so I made a
salad full of a few of my favorite vegetables and it turned out pretty
well.
I mean there's nothing like a hearty,
healthy salad to kick start the work week and the
best part is this recipe can easily be made in just 30 minutes!

well intentioned when it comes to
healthy eating, even as they fail epically in execution — inhaling a «
salad» topped with fried chicken fingers or ordering their Italian hero on a whole wheat wrap (that makes it
healthy, right?).
Pretty
good side
salad, & it certainly feels like I'm eating something
healthy.
Once we have made soups,
salads, sandwiches and eaten at all the
best possible
healthy eateries we crave for some fresh home cooked lunch while at work or at home or at school.
My Creamy Layered Pasta
