Noelle Stevenson has been nominated for a Harvey Award, and was awarded the Slate Cartoonist Studio Prize for
Best Webcomic in 2012 for Nimona.
The Russ Manning Promising Newcomer Award went to cartoonist Anne Szabla, whose Bird Boy also won
the Best Webcomic Eisner; it was presented by past Russ Manning Award winner Arthur Adams.
