This recipe gave me the
best idea — I want to try and do
pad thai with spaghetti squash.
Spread on
Pad Thai sauce, chopped cilantro, chopped peanuts, avocado chunks, a bunch of colored peppers, and broccoli (
better without the brocc, but I wanted the nutrients).
