For three months, the two

The more I attend to my

yoga courses the more I've notticed cellulite in my body (especially in the area of my derrière)... i thought it was because of the big dehydration I submit my entire body every time I attend to

Bikram), a flow of fluid intense movement (Astanga / Vinyasa), a variety of props to ensure proper alignment (Iyengar) or
classes using passive poses...
I took my first
Bikram class after practicing

Yoga can bring up a lot of emotions, especially during heart - or chest - opening poses, and the intense heat in a
Bikram class can intensify this even more.
Personally, I love the way this feels in a
yoga class: I was never into
Bikram yoga back in the day because the forced - air heating in the room made me feel like I couldn't breathe (or was breathing in dust that was being blown around the room).
I've said a thousand times I'm returning to
Bikram Yoga for a 6 am
class, but have yet to make it.
