By now, I'm sure most CrackBerry readers have updated to PlayBook OS 2.0 and have already been through the ins and

And so it turned
out in this
case: the accused not having brought any proof to the contrary, the product
of their
Blackberries was presumed to have integrity and to satisfy the best evidence rule.
