Blendtec was largely known as a commercial manufacturer of high - end blenders

I think it's good
for the price as an alternative of having smoothies every so often, but I think it's worth saving
for a vitamix or
blendtec (both with refurbished options).
When I was looking
for a blender I was torn between the Vitamix and
Blendtec but went

Blendtec in the end.
If using a regular blender (not a high - speed one such as Vitamix or
Blendtec), optionally strain the cream through a fine - mesh sieve
for a silky - smooth consistency.

An amazing feature about the

for making super thick smoothie bowls and homemade nut butters!
With the new
Blendtec, it has the big jar, but we also got the smaller one that is used more
for making nut butters.

If you're going to get a
Blendtec, I would recommend getting the smaller jar (
for an added price) as well (though you CAN still make nut butters in the bigger jar).
If you own a
Blendtec twister jar, it's perfect
for this step!

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree
for a couple of minutes until very smooth (if using a high - powered blender like a
Blendtec, you won't need to puree as long, simply run on «whole juice» mode, and then pulse again after if needed if there are any remaining frozen bits of fruit to be incorporated).

for all of my blending recipes, I introduce to you the
Blendtec Blender.
I'd been waiting
for ages to have a
Blendtec of my very own, and I was disappointed.
The
Blendtec or Vitamix blenders are perfect
for something like this because they emulsify the mint leaves and you don't see any small pieces of mint when it's done blending.
For those of you who've been lusting after a Vitamix or a
Blendtec, listen up because I've got something even better.
