Last month, A + Denver worked with about a dozen partners to send a letter to the Denver School
Board asking for an update on the district's School Performance Framework (SPF).

I used Twitter as a way to talk to my association's members about what I was doing on their behalf, I would send emails to my boss and the
board of directors to convey big wins and highlight my work, and I
asked for two minutes at important meetings to
update other departments on successes.

UPDATE: The teachers» union, to back up its assertion, is citing a memo from the state department to the
Board of Regents last year which contains this background sentence about the evaluation law: «Tenured teachers and principals with a pattern of ineffective teaching performance — defined by law as two consecutive annual «ineffective» ratings — may be charged with incompetence and considered
for termination through an expedited hearing process.»

update, noting that I was losing money and all I could do was tell those who were hitting my
boards on Amazon that I had done what had been
asked of me but was as much in the dark right now as were they.
