i tried this recipe but i used 2 eggs and 1/4 milk and a bit of applesauce and cinnamon, baking soda, 1/4 of coconut flour from bob red mills after cooking it, i noticed it the mixture does nt stick together very well should i add more eggs?
This recipe is great however my daughter doesn't tolerate soy the best and it says for bob red mills yeast is cross contamited with soy in the factory.

Neither Ener - g nor Bobs red mill egg replacers worked.
Subbed the bob red mill's gluten free four 1:1 baking flour, used extra oil in place of milk and some goat milk yogurt because that's what we had and still turned out great!
Often times coconut flour is very finicky, I recommend bobs red mill coconut flour.

Hi just wanted to comment that i made up your flour blend, however, substituting potatoe starch (bobs red mill) for the tapioca starch as i read in the comments that it's an acceptable sub.
I do also use bobs red mill products and i use a scale to weigh my ingredients so i know that was not the issue there, do you think thats just the way potatoe starch behaves in this mix?

I just made this and I used bob's red mill biscuit and baking mix instead of the almond flour.
the ones i've had the most luck with are bob's red mill «1 - to1» gluten free (with the blue label, as ipposed to the red label which is all purpose gf flour and is not great at all), and «cup - for - cup», which costs more but is hands down the best on the market.
I have only used bob's red mill.

Could have been the garbonzo bean flour, Roberta (I personally don't use the bob's red mill mix just because of the bean flour).
-- i use bob's red mill tapioca flour (which is the same as tapioca starch).
I substituted the flour blend for bob's red mill 1 to 1 flour (same amount of flour) because it's what I had available but did everything else exactly the same way.
I added 3/4 cup extra flour (used the bob's red mill gf AP) but eventually stopped because i didn't want to ruin it even more.
PS — I made mine gluten - free with bob's red mill all - purpose flour mix and no other alterations, lovely!
I buy bob's red mill out of convenience, but I think Coconut Secret makes it fluffier.
