We might not throw them right back into complex
cardio in the beginning, and we might also try to
use more stable
body positions through the session.
Cardio exercises are also known as aerobic, because they

cardio / kickboxing tues upper
body free weights, Thursday lower
body with weights it's a program called the max 45 min workouts I
used to go to personal trainer for years followed meal plans max also has meal plans was in fabulous shape for years but in the past 2 1/2 yrs or so still strict eating all clean organic foods only no package process garbage and no luck the weight I gained for no reason won't budge I do bio identicle hormones for years and am extremely frustrated!
Should i be doing exercises with weights for my arms as well or just forcus on losing

It's so called fat burn zone — there is a problem though — because of low intensity not much of calories are burned overall so high percent of fat still means minimal amounts of fat burned...
Cardio can only accompany the lactic acid weight training
using the affected
body «willingness» to burn extra fat for energy consumption.
