the fact is, they are truly beautiful, and I strongly prefer la coeur de
boeuf in pictures than in my
salad plate if I'm given the choice of the variety.
I've done this with the
Boeuf Bourguignon Burger, Buffalo Chicken Mini Burger, and the California Cobb
Salad Burger.
I just got back form france and had the most amazing tomato
salad — the full works, coeur de
boeuf, heirloom tomatoes, green zebras etc. it was a beautiful
salad!
