We're actually planning a trip to Cebu -
Bohol this summer but the majority of my cousins liked Boracay
so I guess Boracay first this summer and
Bohol for the next.
There are other beaches to discover and hidden waterfalls to find all over
Bohol Island,
so have fun exploring!
Alona Beach aside, there isn't much of interest in terms of
Bohol attractions,
so they've created their own museum - type sites which aren't our cup of tea.

Bohol Island, it's
so important to respect these little Tarsiers.

Bohol is generally not a good idea, since you risk wastisng your whole day doing

You are most likely going to be in Cebu or
Bohol anyway at some point,
so consider stopping by Siquijor as well.

so staying 2 - 3 nights is ideal, but you can definitely squeeze at least a few attractions into a day tour, and get a decent taste of what this place is all about.
