like protein
breakfast shakes but that's because they're quick and easy and better than a pastry on the go.
I hit the gym at 10am / before heading out I always drink black coffee after gym I eat
breakfast like a pb & j and a cup of coffee at 3 i make myself a protein
shake and that's all and at 5 or 6 make myself dinner

like breakfast shakes too as an alternative when im rushing, the most popular brand here just released a yoghurt version that you still sort of «drink» out of the packet, im keen to try!
The ONLY time I might recommend it is if you're coming up short on protein or don't
like eggs for
breakfast — buy a GIANT tub of protein powder online (each serving comes out to less than 50 cents) for a quick protein
shake breakfast or post workout meal.
However, I don't
like the taste the eggs gives, so I have replaced them by whey protein (I
like eggs, I'm eating 2 - 3 eggs at
breakfast usually soft boiled or fried, but I don't
like them in the
shake).
Right now I am on this (boring) protein
shake diet for
breakfasts, but eventually when that ends I will need healthy choices
like this.
