My experience with this is that when I use
Bulletproof Tea everyday, I just can't eat as much food the rest of the day.
I'm always rushed in the morning, so I prefer
bulletproof tea or a coconut chip based «cereal» with almond milk.
Rest of the week I do bulletproof coffee or
bulletproof tea.
