My near black bananas were extra large and soft so the mashing was easy, but I managed to explode most of the
butter into the microwave while melting it (oops, won't try that technique again), so I added a
bit of oil to make up for the lost
butter, and I used a
bit of pumpkin pie spice and a tablespoon of Amaretto instead of the
recipe spices and bourbon.
Pan-toasting the pasta in a
bit of
butter and olive oil adds depth of flavor to this simple orzo
recipe.
I'm very proud of this creation because, like with the Banana Peanut

I altered it a
bit by doubling the
recipe to make a bigger cake and changed the frosting into a glaze (
butter, powdered sugar, strawberry jam and hot water).
I use a Peanut
Butter Fudge
recipe with a
bit of maple syrup.

Except for the use of
butter when browning the chicken, this is all dairy free and this
recipe makes quite a
bit... because, we enjoy leftovers and often it tastes even better the next day!

bits and ends not enough for a complete
recipe, you know how it feels when you have potatoes, but not
butter, you have pasta but no sauce, or garlic but not oil sometimes your cooking just gets stuck.
I developed this no bake peanut
butter apple
bites recipe so I had easy, healthy snacks this week to munch on while I get back into my groove.
This
recipe uses peanut
butter powder instead of peanut
butter to save a
bit on the calories and fat, but it still has that indulgent creamy peanut
butter flavor.
I like to use smooth almond
butter (not crunchy) in my cookie and energy
bite recipes as I find this helps the ingredients process a little easier.
After I'd made that
recipe many times, I decided to switch it up a
bit and add some peanut
butter.
The actual boiling time once I added the
butter and cream was quite a
bit longer than the
recipe's — almost 30 minutes.
There is cashew
butter in the
recipe, but, I think you can sub for more coconut oil and it will still work — just might be a
bit less chewy.
To emphasize this flavor, I made my favorite peanut
butter cookie
recipe but this time, I made tiny
bite - sized cookies.
I made some adjustments as I can't seem to help myself when it comes to making
recipes just a little
bit healthier, but if you'd like your cobbler a
bit richer and sweeter, feel free to add more
butter / oil and sugar.

I will have to try the cornflake version of that, that i saw someone else mention o.O... I usually like savory dishes (and did love the
recipe that we're all posting under), but I invented (or at least i haven't seen it anywhere else) a sweet version with
butter fried spaetzli (to golden brown) topped with a
butter - rosemary (dried)- (very) dark chocolate sauce, baked with a
bit of sprinkled sugar on top till the sugar crystalizes.
