Butter Bites Sometimes I just want something sweet!

I
sometimes add a
bit of almond
butter on it.
I also tweak the recipe
sometimes (more breadcrumbs and a
bit more peanut
butter), roll them in breadcrumbs with some spices, and bake for tofu nuggets.
I came across dozens of recipes for no - bake energy
bites, usually made with peanut
butter, oatmeal, and
sometimes chocolate chips.
All this
bits and ends not enough for a complete recipe, you know how it feels when you have potatoes, but not
butter, you have pasta but no sauce, or garlic but not oil
sometimes your cooking just gets stuck.
When I'm flying with my kid I usually pack: a baggy of Canaan's current favorite cereal (either Rice Chex or now it's pumpkin Joe's O's), LaraBars, Rx Bars, or Perfect Bars, dried coconut strips, apple slices, celery or carrots, homemade Easy Protein Energy
Bites, a banana and Justin's vanilla almond
butter packets and
sometimes a small container of rinsed chickpeas.
You can purchase clarified
butter (
sometimes also called ghee if browned a
bit) or you can make it.
Shrimp in «made up sauce» which is some combination of olive oil,
butter, garlic, spicy things (fresh cayenne, chili garlic paste, sriracha), barbecue sauce or tonkatsu, herbs and
sometimes green onions and
sometimes lemon juice or a teeny
bit of white wine.
A typical full day of eating for me looks like: Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata...
sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with coconut milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal of the day): 4 - 5 ounces of protein (turkey burger, pulled pork, chicken thighs, ground buffalo), roasted veggies and
sometimes a sweet potato or butternut squash Snack: apple with almond
butter or a handful of macadamia nuts Dinner: A large salad with all kinds of raw veggies (cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower), avocado or olives, usually a lighter protein like grilled chicken breast, salmon or shrimp This would represent a full menu... I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a
bit of protein with it.
Isn't this recipe so easy and awesome!!?? I love using these ingredients to make brownie
bites, and
sometimes dip them in raw almond
butter!
A pan sauce contains so few ingredients (the pan's «brown
bits,» salt, pepper, a deglazing agent, and,
sometimes butter) that every one counts.
Sometimes, I will just put a little
bit of peanut
butter on a banana and dip them in hemp seeds.
She removed the onions from the pan, leaving all of the pan drippings in tact —
sometimes it was necessary to add a
bit more bacon fat (or
butter if she was shy on bacon drippings).
The «peanut
butter» poop needs a
bit of coaxing

butter from blanched almonds and it's very smooth (using a food processor).
Sometimes I make an English muffin with a little
bit of
butter.
I know I'm always going on about how versatile asparagus is, but
sometimes you want to serve it in a very simple way, just steamed with a
bit of
butter and lemon juice.
