The avocado replaces
butter and oil
in most dessert recipes and when avocados are mixed with cocoa powder and a sweetener, they transform into an exquisite mousse - like chocolate
pudding.
Fresh banana
pudding, topped with peanut

butter - bacon cookie crust.
Unlike my usual chia seed
puddings which have cacao, banana or peanut
butter in them; this berry - filled
pudding is reminiscent of a light jelly or jam, or even berry preserves.

pudding cooks from the bottom up.
Before going through security, any liquid food, such as yogurt,
pudding, or even peanut
butter, must be
in containers of 100 ml or less and placed
in a clear, closed, resealable one - litre plastic bag.
Instead of chocolate
pudding, you can also roll
in strawberry flavored apple sauce then shredded coconut, OR almond
butter then roll
in finely minced dried fruit.
