I think there's something to the «eat for your type» diets... there's another book out there «Death
by Food Pyramid» that talks about the differences in ancestry leading to evolutionary variances in things like salivary amylase (AMY1 copies), which directly effect a person's ability to digest starch.
My typical diet is healthy
by food pyramid standards (although I know the pyramid is now a plate and the formula has been tweaked — you get what I'm saying).
While she may not be meeting the basic daily nutrition requirements outlined
