I have to share this with you too I've been
making something similar to this all summer with 1
C milk, 1 TBSP cocoa
powder, 1 TBSP raw honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and a large handful of ice.
*** i was out of almond & coconut milk on one of my many attempts at baking this, so i used 1/3
c water mixed with 1/3 scoop vanilla protein
powder and mixed it in a shaker bottle to
make my own «vanilla milk»... it worked great!
Make bottom layer: heat 1/2
c butter, granulated sugar, and cocoa
powder in a saucepan over medium heat.
Chipolte Peach Salsa
Makes approx. 10 cups 12 fresh, ripe peaches 8 large tomatoes 2 green peppers, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 3/4

I heat 1 % milk on the stove to about 175 ˚F, then I transfer it to the container I'm going to store it in and add about 1/2
c nonfat
powdered milk to
make a thick yogurt.
Lately I have been living off of bean salad (I
made a huge batch and scoop out 1 cup portions into a tupperware each day for lunch) consisting of 1 can garbanzo beans, 1 can dark red kidney beans, about 1/2
c chopped onion, 1/2 cup diced green pepper, 1 roma tomato diced, and a couple generous shakes of garlic
powder.

C Strawberry Blast: Blend up 6 strawberries + 1 orange (peeled) + 1 banana + 1 small piece of frozen pitaya (optional) + 1 tablespoon ground flax + 1 heaping teaspoon maca
