The whole house can be heated with a 110V
Cadet heater and originally the plans for the house were for it to be a completely off - the - grid structure.
I then installed electric baseboard heaters (just the regular cheap ones that are similar to
cadet heaters).
If we determine that this isn't a crazy idea - How many of
those cadet heaters would I need in a 2bd apartment?
I've heard really good things about
the Cadet heaters and they seem to have great reviews.

Would it be crazy to remove the baseboards and install something like a
Cadet electric wall
heater?
If I had to do it over again I would opt for the wall mounted electric
heaters, like
cadet or similar brands, where it is just a box
heater that is mounted into the wall with the fan (not sure if we are talking about the same thing).
