To assemble the cake, place one layer on a cake cardboard, and put it on
a cake turntable, if you have one.
You can decorate without special equipment, but to make your life easier, I'd recommend
a cake turntable and a bench scraper (this one is almost identical to mine because it has measurements on it too).

A couple final spins on
the cake turntable at the very end, and the colors will marble and swirl before your eyes!
