I chose to cut each piece of
cake, place on a
plate,
add sweetened whipped cream on top, spoon milk mixture around each piece of
cake and sprinkle with the purple, gold and green sugars.
Feel free to also
add some levels by using
cake plates to elevate some of the dishes and shake up your serving dish shapes.
To assemble this single serving dessert, place a slice of the grilled pound
cake on a serving
plate,
add slices of the grilled banana and top with a hefty spoonful of mascarpone cream.
Add some flowers, a cloth diaper

plate of cupcakes or other desserts, pitchers of ice water and tea pots for a «shabby chic» shower.
Add a little more oil to the pan, swirl it around, and gently slide the

So I
added an icy, not quite mint blue
cake plate as the centerpiece and napkins on each
plate to match.
I scattered my white
cake plate, two pitchers, and a couple of bowls among the shelves, then I
added warmth with natural tones and textures.
