In preparation for our full review, we'd like to share some sample footage from the Moto 360
Camera Mod designed for the Moto Z lineup of devices.
Not exact matches
While many users may not like the Oreo
camera protruding at the back, all latest Motorola phones have the same
design including the Moto G5, Moto C and even the Moto Z. However, in the Moto Z series phones it can be hidden well using the right
mod or a back panel.
In terms of
design, some may be off - put by the Moto Z's large
camera bump and fingerprint - prone outer casing (the Moto
Mods — Style Shells, in particular — do a good job of downplaying the
camera bump and keeping the back of the device pristine), but I found the Moto Z an attractive enough device.

The slim
design means that the
camera protrudes from the back, but your eyes will most likely be drawn to the 16 pins at the bottom, the connection point for the Moto
Mod accessories.
The two smartphones are similar in shape, although the Z Force's back is
designed to accept Moto
Mods while the Honor 6X has a nicely smoothed and curved backing with dual
cameras.
While it is certainly possible that Apple's next iPhone will implement a number of
design changes including a new curved front panel, many believe the next iPhone will be a
modest upgrade — which may have already been pictured in an exclusive BGR report — that features a faster processor, better
cameras, up to 64 GB of internal storage, new radios compatible with additional carriers such as T - Mobile USA and Sprint, and a few other internal tweaks.

The Moto Z Force is a sturdy all - metal
design, a solid build, and a surprisingly thin stature with a protruding round
camera and metal contact points on the back to secure the optional Moto
Mods.
What the G5 Plus doesn't include - and you'd be forgiven for thinking it might, given the circular
camera design - is Moto
Mods compatibility.
Fortunately, since the Moto Z2 Play still supports Motorola's Moto
Mods, you can magnetically snap a case or cover on the back to mask the rear
design and make the
camera flush.
The Z2 Force keeps its all - metal
design and large round
camera hump on the back that doubles as a stabilizer for the Moto
Mods.
