Today, I visited this superior used
car dealership and I was looking for a
car in my price range and the
manager I
dealt with (Chris) was amazing!
The finance
manager was as helpful as Ed and I believe that we truly did get an excellent
deal on the
car.

car you like.
I feel in love with the
car and Dan did just as he stated he would, he got me the lowest price and
dealt with the sales
manager and explained everything to him.

Tried to get me to purchase a

deal and when that didn't work he... yelled at me.
It's disappointing to know that the sales
manager I worked with has disregarded my concerns after I contacted him regarding my dispute with the last payment on my lease agreement not being made as promised during my
car deal.
She also coordinated well with the finance
manager and we got a very good
deal on both the
cars including the one we traded as well as the new Mercedes that we bought.
We went through the dance you have to go through whenever you buy a
car from a dealership (e.g. «let me talk to my sales
manager», but the bottom line was, I let them know I was prepared to walk away if I didn't get the
deal I wanted and ultimately ended up with the
deal I wanted.
Along with 2 of his
managers, Guy and Ken, Nick worked patiently with me to work out a
deal that we all considered to be fair and allowed me to drive home our new
car.

NO CALL BACK > I call them again and the salesman said he would have the sales

deal «first thing in the morning»... NO CALL BACK AGAIN > In the evening of the third day of no response I got upset and sent the sales man a text stating that they need to learn to call potential customers back and that I was going to buy my
car from another dealership because they didn't call me back.
From

car in for repairs numerous times with no satisfaction, this dealership is the absolute pits... They can't keep employees, and those they have are inept..
The next day, my husband and I were on the way to purchase the
car when the salesman called and said his sales
manager decided they would not, in fact, make the
deal we had negotiated.
He was able to work out a heck of a
deal with the
manager, and I left feeling like the most content customer in Florida driving the
car that checked off everything on my wish list!

car I was looking to buy for $ 500 over invoice - without me having to wheel and
deal - in fact I never set foot in the place, I only spoke to him on the phone.
