separate district school board is entitled, on application under section 16 of the Assessment Act to the assessment commissioner for the area in which the property is located, to have his or her name included or altered in the assessment roll as a French - language
separate district school board supporter.

(2) A reference in this Act to a Roman
Catholic school board shall be deemed to be a reference to a
separate district school board.
