Last week, the New York Studio School hosted members of the Center for Italian Modern Art (CIMA) for an interesting talk on one of the greatest Italian painters of the twentieth century: Giorgio Morandi — the subject of the current exhibition at CIMA, on until June 25th.

I was a member of Gallery 44 North in Peekskill, a founding member of Gallerie JJENTH, a member of the visual arts committee of the Paramount Center for the Arts in Peekskill organizing several juried exhibitions, and am on the faculty of the Putnam Arts Council.

In the smaller Center Gallery, we present either additional work by the member who is showing in the Main Gallery or a solo exhibition by a guest artist or another member artist.

Two exceptions are the first 2015 Open Rehearsal at Watermill Center and an exhibition reception at East End Arts Gallery for its first members» show of 2015.

Most recent exhibitions and performances include participation in Merce Cunningham's «Field Dances» at the Walker Art Center (Minneapolis, MN), group exhibitions at Das Institut für Alles Mögliche (Berlin, Germany), The Milwaukee Institute for Art and Design (Milwaukee, WI), The Galleries at Columbia University (New York, NY), Zurcher Studios (New York, NY) and solo exhibitions at Vox Populi artist collective, where he was an artist member from 2012 - 2014 (Philadelphia, PA).

She is a member of SOHO20 and has been featured in over 30 national and international exhibitions since 2003, including the «22nd International Juried Show» at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey, juried by Carter Foster.

This exhibition presents the work of six local photographers in the Center for Documentary Studies Concept to Gallery course, taught by FRANK Member Artist, Barbara Tyroler.

She is Assistant Professor in the Department of Art Theory and Practice at Northwestern University and has served as a member of the Hyde Park Art Center's Exhibition Committee since 2008.

The gift includes mostly works from the past fifteen years, close to the time Martin Eisenberg has been involved with the center as a board member and avid supporter of the graduate program, its students, and exhibitions.
