Visual changes to Action Center: Individual app notifications in Action Center no longer show the app icon repeated for each notification and will only be seen in the header that groups together all the notifications specific for that app.

Another small change in iOS 11.2 is the introduction of a small bar below the status bar icon on the lock screen of the iPhone X to give a hint to users that the Control Center can be accessed from here using a swipe down gesture.

To change the brightness all you need to do is go to the Action Center and toggle the Brightness icon to adjust.

In an upcoming build, the AC icon is likely to change positions, be a bit bigger and more visible and also offer the user a bit more information even when the Action Center isn't opened.

When you hold the device in landscape mode, on the right side you'll find shutter button at center, alongside is the video and mode icons, those buttons are to start the video recording and change capture modes into HDR, Pro, Night, etc..

Along with a number of new bug fixes, the new iOS 11 update brings some new UI improvements like new icons for some stock apps and some changes to the notification center.
