Pressing your
devices menu key will bring up a menu with various options on it including «Sort Order» which lets you sort by Recently Read, Title or Author, «Manage
eBooks» which has options to remove a book from «My
eBooks», this appears to also remove it from your account altogether but I'm not 100 %
certain of that, there is also a «push pin» icon you can click to ensure a title can be read offline.
