The best way to approach this resume format is to list the employment history with job titles and
dates — and a brief position description (preferred format); followed by education and any additional specific requirements (presentations, significant
awards,
certifications required for the position)-- maybe a total of one - half of a page or a bit more; and then followed by short topical paragraphs in the mini-CCAR (Context, Challenge, Actions, Results) format to describe each ECQ and the additional competencies.
