About the cilantro, there is a very nice recipe from Chile called «chancho en piedra», where you combine tomatos, onion, garlic, lots of cilantro, parsley, bit of red
chilli paste, salt and peper.
I used
chilli paste as it gives it more flavour.
I used black beans instead of pinto and a can of lentils rather than dried, then carrots instead of capsicum,
chilli paste instead of powder and it was divine!
Then there's a ginger, garlic and

Heat another large skillet with a teaspoon of oil and fry the puree with
