chinese industries — recognising the need for greater advancement not just for those working in the sector, but for society at large.
As with most
industries, flexible work hours and performance - related bonuses are common retention strategies valued in the market, but
Chinese legal talent is increasingly looking for involvement in major decision - making.
So far, we have the product introduction and innovation, products and related services to achieve a number of landing the
Chinese market, customers in major
industries, including government,
Chinese and foreign enterprises, domestic and international
legal clinics in major universities in China.
In the meantime, successfully navigating China's
legal services
industry and providing their foreign clients with the service they expect in their home countries has required foreign law firms in China to partner with their
Chinese counterparts.
